       No stranger to success, Tracee Jones was named GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum's Woman of Influence in CRE Marketing, and Best of Market in CRE St Pete Beach. Her career highlights include being the former CEO of The National Commercial Real Estate Association, as well as the Founder of AvantUnited.  She is a Real Estate Business Coach and Personal Branding Specialist, as well as a Wife, Mom, and Media Producer, with 40+ books and other forms of media produced under her family's publishing imprints.  She is also the author of Making Real Estate Work -- the New Agent's Guide to Becoming a Top Producing Agent, and books for children and Christian teens.


     Tracee has 20+ years of real world sales and marketing experience -- not just as an award-winning Commercial Broker, but also as Residential agent and Team Leader turned Real Estate Business Coach, which is one of her true passions. She helps high performing agents looking to generate more revenue and create more work/life balance so they can focus on the more important things in life, and  agents who've been in the business for at least two years, and those feeling like they're stuck and have hit a glass ceiling. 


       Tracee's love affair with coaching high performers, Commercial Real Estate and Resi-Commercial agents first sparked after she won Best of Market as a brand new CRE Agent, relying solely on leads generated from Digital Marketing & Branding Strategies. Prior to becoming a coach, she was a CRE Broker specializing in Investment Sales, Foreign Investment and Hotel Brokerage. Prior to that, she was a Residential agent specializing in Luxury Home Marketing and Investor Services.
